This Dispatch Service Agreement is entered into between GearShift Dispatching Solutions (“Dispatcher”) and the Carrier identified below.
Dispatcher will locate freight opportunities, negotiate rates, communicate with brokers/shippers, and provide administrative dispatch support.
Dispatch fee as agreed in writing with your dispatcher, per load. Payment terms as agreed between the parties.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice unless otherwise agreed.
Review the limited authority you're granting, then sign below.
The undersigned Carrier appoints GearShift Dispatching Solutions as its limited attorney-in-fact solely for the purpose of obtaining freight, communicating with brokers/shippers, transmitting load documents, and handling routine dispatch activities.
This document does not authorize financial transactions, ownership transfers, or regulatory filings unless separately authorized.
