FAQ
Questions carriers ask us
How do I get started?
Complete our online carrier onboarding — fill out the Carrier Information Sheet, e-sign your agreements, and upload your documents in one place. Once we review everything, a dedicated dispatcher gets to work finding you loads.
What equipment do you dispatch for?
Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, Power Only, and — where applicable — Box Truck and Hotshot. Running a mixed fleet? Just ask and we’ll cover it.
How much does dispatching cost?
Our dispatch fee is agreed with you in writing and outlined in the Dispatch Service Agreement before any loads are booked. Reach out and we’ll walk you through the details for your operation.
What documents do I need to sign up?
A signed Dispatch Service Agreement and Limited Power of Attorney, plus your W-9, Certificate of Insurance, MC Authority, and a Notice of Assignment if you use a factoring company. It’s all handled in the online onboarding.
How quickly can I start getting loads?
Once your onboarding is submitted and reviewed, we can begin setting you up with brokers and searching loads right away. Reach out and we’ll get moving.
